Title: Best Buy - Extended Warrantee

In 2001 I bought a Aiwa Car MP3 Player

About a week ago it stopped working

since i paid for the 4 year warrantee i took it back today

after 2.5 hours (4 cars ahead of me) they pulled it out

and told me to take it to customer service

I did and the lady said just go back and pick something out about the same value.

well i picked out a JVC KD-SHX700

I had to pay about $150 difference in price (this one is Reg. Price: $499.99)

I am glad I Paid For the 4 year warrantee, and I bought another one for this new MP3 Player.

Ya, I have a extended warranty for my video card ATI9700pro, It got fried and they gave me a 9800pro.....

This was from Future Shop, It's owned by Best Buy.... Amazing warranty!

I bought  my zen exrtra with a 3year at best buy and they told me even if I just wanted to upgrade  I could bring it back.
