Yesterday I was in the process of removing old music files from my Zen jukebox to make space from some new tunes, when 3/4 of the way through the play center displayed an error stating it had lost connection to the device. When I investigated the device had frozen, so I disconnected it from the pc and reset it, now it has been stuck at "re-building library" for over 12 hours, and wont allow me to do anything. Any ideas guys?
