Title: greatest hits of greatest bands smartlist?

hi guys!

ive been trying to arrange a new smarltist , but us usuall im really bad at this  :-[!

i want to create a smartlist that will look in the library and randomly bring up only one artist that has at least three 4 star and above songs and then play all his favorite songs. for example i would press the playlist and if the beatles have at least  three 4 star songs it would play all the beatles GH (4,5 star hits), is that possible ??
