Title: Error trying to purchase MC 10

I am in the middle of the free trial period for MC 10.  I have tried for several days to purchase it, but when I click "Buy Media Center" under the Help pull-down menu, it opens a page in my browser that says "Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable."  I've tried cutting and pasting the address to another browser with the same result.  This is the address it tries to access: http://%1%20https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/buy.cgi?productid=16&upgradefrom=
Can anyone suggest an option for me to try?  Thank you.

You may have something else going on.  A virus?

The problem is this:

http://%1%20https://rover.jriver.com

should be

https://rover.jriver.com

Something is adding on to the URL.

ALSO, please be careful not to post your license again (XXXX-XXXX-....).  I removed it from your URL.
