I just reformatted the PC but didn't keep a copy of Media Centre 9.exe. I cannot find the link anywhere to download MC9, so can any one help me please?

MC9 has been replaced by MC10, but a copy of MC 9.1 can be found here:
ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/old/MediaCenter91319.exe
You didn't mention which version of MC 9 you previously had, 9.0 or 9.1. Please note that the above download will instal MC 9.1
You may also need to restore your license to activate MC. Visit the restore page for further instructions:

This has a 1 gb storage capacity and I believe a 10 mb file capacity.
To upload a file, simply either 1.. Email it to this address, or 2... Compose a message from inside this account and send it to mcfiles @ gmail.com
