Title: Installing MP3 Encoder

I can't get the mp3 encoder to install.  I am using mc10 downloaded last week.  Using AMD64 with 1Gb memory.  It goes through install and then gives the Send don't Send error message.   It fails in normal and safe mode.

Is there a way of manually installing?  Anyone with any ideas?

I am using IE 6 with all sp's
