Title: License Restore problem

I did a license restore on Saturday, January 29, 2005 and received two emails - one showing 9 restores left and the other showing 8.  Both have the same date and time.  Can somebody at JRiver fix this please?  Thanks.

If you'll take a closer look at the e-mail you received, you'll see that you've only used 1 restore for your MC10 license, and that the 2 restores are from your MC9 license (not recently used).

Both emails begin with the line "We notice that you have just used a restore for Media Center 10."

I'll be happy to forward them to you if you want.

Strange, I bet I send one e-mail for each restore AND for each product. I'll check on this.
In any case, you did only use 1 restore...
