Title: ipod not recognised by my pc anymore.

HI,
If anyone could help.please?
I recently moved around a few files and folders, including my music folders. My itunes went a bit weird, so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Now my computer doesn't recognise my ipod??? Do i need to reconfigure my ipod? will i lose all my song on it?
