Title: buy button not working

Within the past week I purchased an MP3 player.  It cam bundled with Media Jukebox trial version 7.2.280  When I attempt to purchase Media Jukebox Plus, I receive the following error message:  This product can not currently be purcahsed using the Buy Button. Please contact your software vendor for further details. Error: 20001  Is this a temporary problem or is there another way I should be using to purchase the licensed product?  I thank you in advance for your advice.

Just download MJ 8.0 from www.mediajukebox.com.
