Title: Is there a way to create a second image tag for MP3s?
Post by: Michel Lefebvre on February 08, 2005, 12:03:02 pm
Hi,

I'd like to set up a second image tag to store the back cover of my CDs in the files, just like the front cover image tag that is already in MC. Can this be done? I seem to only be able to create new tags/fields that use alphanumerics.

Thanks.

Michel.

Of course you could create a user defined text tag for the image path & filename, but it would be just a comment tag without any functionality. What MC needs is a function for associating and showing more than just one image.

A workaround is to import also the images to the MC library and show them in a slideshow during the music playback: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=22841.0.

i vaguely remember in 9.1, if you selected the image visualization plugin it would cycle thorugh all the images that were in the tracks folder.

This was stopped in MC 10 & later for some reason.
