Hi,
I see that Doof and Xen-Uno are no longer listed as moderators... they don't seem to be as active in the forum as they used to be, but they did a good job in the past by helping people when they were here almost daily, for which I'm very thankful.
Don't know whether the moderator positions are open or not, but in the event that they were, may I suggest giving that position to Alex B. I think that he is of unvaluable help for both novice and experienced users... his comments and suggestions are accurate and well structured and he's always ready to help, acting as a "de facto" moderator. Also, the fact that he is in a different time-zone (Europe) would make him a good complement in the hours that the forum is in the american night time.
Anyway, this is obviously up to JRiver to appointing and AlexB himself to accepting/rejecting the position, but I think that having him as moderator would be a benefit both for the users community and the JRiver team.
Thanks for your time.

I'll second that.

Thanks for your words. I don't know why I can't help myself, but quite often I just have to answer if I feel I have something to give.
Actually, I should spend a little less of my spare time with this hobby. I have recently started a new own business and I may have to concentrate a bit more to it. There might be times when I am away from this forum. I am quite happy with the current situation and I think this is not exactly the best time for having more "responsibilities".
Both of you guys would be good candidates for the position, though.

That's too bad, I would certainly have added my vote!

I already sugested that to Alex B. a month or so ago to ask JimH if it was aval since Doof And Xen-Uno seemed to have left.
