I just reinstalled windows xp. I am trying to reinstall MC. Here is what I did...
1. downloaded the program at http://www.jrmediacenter.com/purchase.html.
2. returned to same page and clicked on restore license on same page
3. clicked on restore page on the following page
4. entered my restore code and clicked "RESTORE"
5. I am given the message "This license cannot be restored on this page, please use your program"
So then I did the following...
1. opened MC
2. help
3. install license
4. clicked restore from internet
5. I recieve the following page "Action canceled"

Make sure you have MC 10.0. That's what your license is for.
Using the Registration Code that you received in the e-mail from Buy-Button, visit the restore page. USE IE as your browser. That should automatically install the license. It also will e-mail your Install Key.
That's all in the FAQ available from the page whose link you posted above:
http://www.jrmediacenter.com/buy_faq10.html
Please report the detail of what happened at that point.
DO NOT post your Registration Code or it will be revoked.

Please help!

Are you sure you're using the Registration Code? The Install Key won't work.
-
I am sure that it is the registration code. I am using the one emailed to me on the 19th.
-
Do you have the latest build of 10? It's on the download page.
-
Yes that is where I downloaded it from on the 19th.
-
Did you pay with Paypal?
-
no. I was a part of the trial group that participated in the survey.
-
Are you still helping me?
-
Can you send me some details by e-mail?

I think you've used the beta of the Best Buy version and you're now trying to use MC10. The license is different.
Details would be appreciated.
