Title: 36+ Hours after paying and STILL NO KEY!
Post by: gruvin on February 23, 2005, 03:01:15 am
OK, I think I've been nice enough and waited long enough now. NOW I'M PISSED OFF!

I sent you my money - I don't give a rats arse about your system's inability to process the payment. YOU'RE BEING IRRESPONSIBLE!!

Give me my ** license code NOW or face consequences.

You can forget getting any recommendations from me re. your product. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. it is so becasue you have every means to sort this out instead of trying to blame it on PayPal's servers. After being informed your automated system wasn't working TWICE, you could have logged in m anually on their main site and checked this out. It should NOT be my responsibility and you know it!

I WANT ACTION!

The other thread? and where exactly IS the other thread?

Using a forumn to do one on one customer support is just STUPID.

So now I'm being offensive. Well you started it.

And I DID do what I was asked.

I don't care if you're having problems! It's YOUR responsibility to sort it out - not mine.

I've laid official complain with PayPal, sent all evidence, and will be messaging my user base of over 3,500 people with these events.

Sort your nuts out guys!

I think sending a e-mail "to support" for many companies and getting no info in return is stupid.

Like Real, And Music Match Have always had a problem with this, Music match being better of the two.

Not sure why someone with such internet knowledge would not use the scroll bar to go to the correct thread he started. He must not use forums much, too bad really, J river was willing to help.

The missing link here is that reassuring human voice telling you what to do.

I did this for you, the first time you asked. Didn't you go back and try again?

I wonder if he believes that you did that because of his forceful attitude.

Sad.

Ya know It's unfortunate that some folks still haven't figured out that it's easier to get what you want when you incorporate a really clever strategy. The technical term for this strategy is "being civil" It takes less energy and produces more favorable results. :-X

Gruvin,
If you're still reading,

1.  We can't find your purchase.

2.  We tried to contact you at the e-mail address you use on Interact just after you originally reported a problem.

3.  You did not reply to Gateley's suggestion in this thread:
http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=26144.msg181191#msg181191

Please e-mail me your details and we'll see if we can find a purchase.  jimh @ jriver.com
