Title: Access to software of program

Hi,

I can't access the program. When I do I can't get beyond the logo.  I get this message;
MS Visual C++ Runtime Library
Program .... Media Jkebox.exe
Abnormal rogram termination
I tried a new download with no success

Please help!!!

Are you using I.E.?
