Title: King is it possible with your move coverart

to do the reverse of moving coverart to the files them self or to do both.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but to do the reverse thing (move the art to the files) you only need to tick the checkbox "store cover art inside the file" and perform an update tags from library.  Try first with a couple of files, though.
