Title: custom smartlist rules list

sorry if this has been covered before, i wasn't able to find it.

with smartlists, is there a way to create a custom list of rules and keywords? i generally work with a limited number of rules/keywords. i would like to create a custom list of 'rules' so i don't have to scroll through a bunch i'm not interested in. i'm just being lazy here, if there is a way it would be nice.
