Title: Error when converting wma files to mp3

I downloaded the mp3 encoder for version 8 but get error WINOLDAP when trying to convert wma files to mp3 ?

I also randomly get that error when converting, usually wav to ogg or wav to mpc.  I haven't found a solution other than restarting Windows and then starting MJ and immediatley selecting the files and converting without opening any other menus or option dialogs.

Also, why do you want to convert wma to mp3?  Generally, converting from one compressed format to another degrades sound quality.
