Each time a CD is burned, cross-fading occurs. I have deselected the "cross-fading" check box in Options. Please advise how to correct this problem.
-
Make sure you're looking at the Burning options, not the playback options.
(burning options are available from the Burn Action Window)
-
The checkbox for "Apply cross-fade and DSP effects to the cd" is not checked when selecting options from the Action window when "Burn CD or DVD" is selected
-
I can't reproduce this problem. Are you sure you're not listening to the disc with Media Center with cross-fade playback enabled?
-
I have tried all the settings in Options to switch off cross-fading. when I listen to tracks they fade out correctly and the next track starts playing correctly. When I try burning any tracks to cd they always end up cross-fading.

Have you tried playing the CD in another player (home stereo, car, portable, etc.)? Or using other software? I just want to make sure that it isn't something with MC's playback settings.
-
Yes I've tried playing the cd's on my hi-fi and each track still cross-fades. I've tried all the settings in MC and get the same results each time !!!!
