Hi all,
I just purchased a new computer for my wife and I want to install my purchased copy of MJ on her computer. Unfortunately, any of the links that I have received in my email from JRiver relating to my licence number are corrupt, or something is wrong with them.
John, are you able to advise what I can do, or will I have to purchase a new version of this product, as I have happily used MJ for the past 3 or so years, and don't really need the features of the MC program.
Thanks in advance,
Quarterwave

Please DO NOT post your license, but copy the rest of the e-mail here.
Thanks.
License details can be found here:

Hi Jim,
Thx fr posting to my message. Pls note that I clicked on the link and it just led me to a site about paying for the program. FWIW, I've already paid for it - I'm not too computer literate, and I just want to make the program licenced on my wifes computer.
Are you able to explain step by step what I need to do, as I have little patience for this type of stuff, and even less available time.
Thanking you in advance for your help.
B Rgds,

It's all in the link I posted above. Maybe you didn't click on the MJ option there? Here's where it leads:

You sould be able to install MJ 8 from the J River site on your wife's computer after which go the help menu and "restore" the liscense on her computer. (Hint When given the choice to open or save the liscense, save it to a folder on the computer. Then restore from file.
