Title: my computer will no longer play audio cds
Post by: sithlord0338 on March 11, 2005, 08:55:25 pm
my computer will no longer play any audio cds.  none of my music programs (winamp, wmp or mj8) will bring up the list of tracks.  if i explore the drive in my computer it lists all the cda files tho.  when i put iin a cd the autoplay window comes up asking which program to "open the file with" and no matter what music prog i pick i still can't play a cd.  it still reads data cds fine tho. anyone have any ideas as to my prob?  drivers? connections? corrupted codecs?

i did install a new hd last week...played cds fine b4 that...

thanks in advance,
the grey fool
