Title: MC 10 won't install

I am a registered user of MC 9.x. I have been unable to install MC 10. I downloard and get a message saying it has  downloaded and the install wizard will take me through the install, but that doesn't happen. Nothing happens, in fact, after the download of MC 10 is completed.

I use Windows XP, home edition. I also use Firefox as my browser, but the same problem occurs when Internet Explorer is used.

Anyone have suggestions as to the problem? Thanks in advance.

Empty your temp folders.

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete Files.

Thank you for your reply. I deleted the temp files, but it did not solve the problem. I still can't install version 10.

Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Spam detection, pop-up blocker, virus checker, etc.
