Title: MC11 Request: More Library-related right-click options

On Media Library right-click popup menu, how about Library menu item and all the options File -> Library... has under it.  Maybe a few of those on the main popup (like Import Media, Backup, others maybe) so you don't have to drill down just to Import new media or Backup.

It's a good idea.  Look for it next build.
