Title: microsoft runtime error

I get this error everytime  i try to watch tv using mc Microsoft Visual C++ runtime Library Program: I:\Program Files\JRiver\Media Center 11\Media Center . exe abnormal program termination then mc closes.

JimH Since media center is more than just a jukebox, maybe you can have your crew check for video, sound board, and TV cards and include that info in the system info
