Title: Library transcoder not transcoding (11.0.223)??

Hello,
So I updated the library transcoder on the server and set it to 96Kbs.  I then connected to the server with MC.  It appears to have no effect....
I know this used to be on the client side, I guess that changed?

Am I doing something wrong?

Nevermind, the skin I used disabled that option for me.....
