I have an Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro with latest drivers/updates. When I set Output Mode: ASIO, I then have to select one of the below in Output Mode Settings:
1. Creative ASIO
2. SB Audigy 2 ZS ASIO 24/96 [D <the rest of text is cutoff despite a long field, must be a bug
3. SB Audigy 2 ZS ASIO [DE80]
BUT, if I leave everything deselected in DSP Studio and play, I always get:
"The ASIO device "1, 2, or 3 from above" does not support the sample rate of 41000kHz"
So then if 1 or 3 above were selected: in DSP Studio I have to set Output Format = 48,000 Hz ... OR for 2, Output Format = 96, 000Hz ... this does not seem to be very intuitive. I looked thru the MC help and did not see much about this.

After googling a lot on this, it looks like the Audigy2 will not output 44.1kHz when using the Creative ASIO drivers. I briefly also tried the ASIO4ALL driver but seem to have the same problem. Would still like to hear if any other Audigy2 user have ever successfully played DTS audio CD's both on their PC and using an external DTS decoder.

I gave up on ASIO on my A2.
Can it be done? Only at the rates the A2 supports.
Have you looked at the KX Drivers?
