Title: MC11 Ogg quality incorrectly displayed

MC11.0.214 on Win XP Home.

F.Y.I.
Under Options-> Encoding
Encoder-> Ogg Vorbis-> Advanced

If you select Normal and then again Normal from the drop down menu it displays correctly. However, if you open the dropdown menu again 'Normal/Low' is the highlighted setting.

It's a bit ambiguous.

It works in 11.0.225.
