Hey! I had some problems due to viruses ,Trojans with my computer.
After formating,i tried to get new code for new down load,But i got it only partly each time.Igot it 53% downloaded.Then it stopped.That happend 3 times before i got it
to 100% download.Then i got 4 messages in my mailbox that i have used 4 re -loades.How Can that happen? Can  the supervisior reset it back to 9?
What there happend during missed download i dont know.

What version of MC? Is the program itself installed? Are you just trying to get the restore key?

When getting the restore key, use the "save" function and save it to a folder somewhere on your computer. Then try to restore again and use the option "restore from computer" and point to the saved "key" folder. This way you won't use anymore "restores". The key is good for 14 days.

Be sure to use IE.
