Has anyone noticed this?
I have time to time downloaded some mp3's off of the web, after this i right click the file and under the advanced tab view the bit rate of the file.
With the above method for example it will say that the file is 320 bit rate. However when i import it into media center either after changing the tag on the file or not, media center for example might say that it is 192 bit rate.
I have noticed this on a bunch of files, what in the heck is going on, how come windows says it is 320 bit rate and media center and my tagging program say it is 192 bit rate, any clues?

WMP and Windows have a long standing problem with MP3 bitrates.
If 2 other apps tell you a file is 192, I'd believe them.
