I'm now watching visis in 16 color mode, at 480x640, at 4fps. Surprisingly most look semi-acceptable.
Beware the ultimate in new technology, cos backward compatible can sometimes be missing a period. Backward. Compatible.
But its ok when you know it'll be doing 240fps later.

Ooh, it rocks. Max fps rate means high speed motion and complete smoothness, impossible at 30fps.

New video card?

Yup, got a round tuit at last, a big Geforce 8x AGP. Will put a 2.8 cpu in as well later, everything else's up to spec already.
Like the 3d stuff. Just a shame programming it is so inaccessible. Theres a lot that could be done...
I reckon quite a bit of that could be done in 2d if global variables were added.

I just feel sorry for the caterpillar. At 90fps it looks like its lil legs are going to fly off!
