Title: SMCWMR-AG-R Does it work with MC11?

I purchased this smc media reciever from geeks.com for $72 and so far I am not very happy with it. In the begining it worked with nero Mediahome and then it updated its firmware and no longer works with it.

So I decided to try the MC11 and give it a try. Well I can't seem to get it to function either. I think I have set it up correctly with the upnp plugin, but it does not seem to communicate properly.

Any info would be great. Also, does anyone know if MC11 will support the ATI TV Wonder Remote? I may look to use this software exclusively on my media center.

You can search for UPNP here to find out more, but you'll find a thread on this page about the UPnP server in MC11.  And here's a list of supported devices:

Yeah, I read that and it lists the SMC EZ Stream as working. I also tried checking the url box but it did not work.

So this may be a bug, but I am not sure.

Has anyone else been successfull at getting this to work?

If you'll check the UPnP thread started by John Gateley, you'll be able to find out how to turn on logging in MC and send it to him.  He may be able to get your device going if you can help.  Here's the most recent thread:

With the most recent release of MC 11 beta, the SMCwmr-AG-R is still not working. However, the responses seem different in the log. I will post it later today.
