I am having a lot of trouble sending a reply to your message. I have had trouble connecting ever since I "upgraded" to Windows Explorer 6.
Anyway, post what you told me here. I can't help you because I have had no trouble with my license restores.
But somebody on this board can help you. Be persistent and be patient. Good luck.

Still haven't been able to connect to  MJ 8.0.388

Haven't seen a "license", so I dont know what I've got.

I'll figure it out sooner or later.
