Title: MC11.235: Library Server, crash when long filename with international characters

When I request from library server file from particular directory - MC silently exits.
Both file and directory name are in international characters. Content of file does not matter. I renamed one tagged in English -
still crashes.
I tried to isolate the problem as much as possible and found out - if
I reduce directory name to less than 65 charcters - no crash. At the same time if I reduce file name to
less than 28 characters - no crash.
If I change file name or directory part to English - no crash.

I suspect that some buffer overflow occurs when total filelength goes abou certain number of chars (oresumably english and internationals characters take different number of bytes).

I have sample directory and file available if needed. Let me know where to mail it (500K)
