Title: Can't Restore MC11 License

I need to restore in order to install MC11 on another machine.  Your system will not recognize my email address or registration code.  Help.....

I have read everything there multiple times.  I am sorry if the answer is there, but I can't find it.

My problem is that I have a registration code, but when I try to restore I get the following message:

     Error

     We could not find that license.

When I request a new registration code by email, I get this message:

     Error

     We could not find that email.

I was able to generate a new install key by using the PayPal support page.  (Although the restore page indicates that this is to be used "If you made your purchase through PayPal, and the purchase wasn't completed immediately")  Hopefully the key will work on my other machine.

In any event, I am not able to use the restore page to find out how many restores I have left.  (Not a problem for me now, but could be someday.)

  Every time that I'am try to reinstall my lisence I get this....Here are the Registration Codes associated with your email address:
JRiver, Inc. Media Center 10: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx, [ NO RESTORES  ] hOW I am can get the new one...
