Title: Don't want "All" nodes in my tree

Is there a way or option to prevent the "All" nodes appearing everywhere in in the tree views in MC11? If I wanted "All", I would have used a different view scheme :-\

Currently it's the cost of doing business.  Maybe in a future version.

Yeah - OK.

I guess I'll have to live with it. It's unlikely to be annoying enough to drive me away from MC.
