Title: BUG: Mediaeditor lost option to save as APE file

I dont know in which version this was introduced but in used in earlier versions:

If I want to edit one of my APE files and use (right click) "send to" / Mediaeditor, the medaeditor opens, converts the file form ape int owav and i can edit whatever I wish to edit. Then I press save, the save dialog box opens, but it only shows WAV and MP3 formats as options, ie. no APE.

What do I have to do to make APE show up here again as it used to be.

If course I could convert the file under "File Conversion" seperately, but that is just too cumbersome.

BTW: under "Options" / "file conversion" I have APE entered as the desired format.
