i purchaced my licence 6 weeks still cannot restore it because it comes up as licence not found,i will be contacting trading standards as i have paid for a service in which i do not recieve,

since this is the first message i found that you posted about this subject.

did you try using

https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi?displayemail=1

then when you get the e-mail use cut and paste

on the restore page

https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

that should work

normaly the problem is due to typing in the license key wrong.

or the user is not using Internet Explorer and it is required.
