Title: MC 11.0.247 bug - freeze on convert format with nothing selected

With nothing selected in the library, go to Tools..Library Tools..Convert Format..  MC11 will hang.

Many tools in MC use all visible files to operate on if nothing is explicitly selected.

With large libraries, some tools could take a while to start.  Try selecting just the files you want to convert.

If it still seems too slow, we'll dig more.
