I've just bought a new computer and want to put my old jukebox on it but eventhough I have the registration code I don't seem to be able to get an install key. I clicked on the link and saved it but when I try to open it windows doesn't recognise the type of file. I don't want to have to pay again(I had media center 10). Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
-
did you install media center 10 first, before clicking on the install key?
what is the extension of the install key?
-
Please try this page:
www.jrmediacenter.com/purchase.html

Jim,
on the page you suggest the only download is the 30 day trial and I don't want to do that as I have already paid for version 10.
-
johnmac, the trial program is what you install, the key registers it to the full paid version.

OK I 've done that and now I have imported my files from my external hard drive and all seems fine until I disconnect the hard drive and media center cannot find the files. How can I get the files from j drive to c drive so that I don't need to be using my external drive?
