Title: MC 11 - Handheld progress window doesn't close after dupes warning

Hi Steve,
MC 11 - Handheld progress window doesn't close after dupes warning

Start sync, dupes warning displayed, click no to cancel transfer, handheld progress window is left open. Click cancel button closes.

This bug still exists in .250.
It also happens if the sync is cancelled after a "can't transfer files" dialog.

These are fixed in the next build.
