Is it possible to fully integrate a WinTV-PVR 150 TV Card (by Hauppauge) into MC11?
What I mean is that I would like to use all offered features through MC11 and not by using software coming with this hardware.

What are "all offered features"? :D
Here is what you can do using MC11:
1. Watch any TV channel.
2. Instant recording using a remote control, or keyboard, or mouse.
3. Time-shifting, i.e. pause, resume, rewind, fast forward, etc.
4. Scheduled recording, using Media Scheduler. Scheduling involves selecting a channel, a starting and a ending time.
Recording is done using your device's native format, i.e. MPEG-2.
These are the basic features. If you specify a particular feature, I will be able to tell you whether it is supported in MC11.

That's a great start!!
Were can I find what TV Cards are supported?
I am thinking of buying a WinTV PVR 150 (by Hauppauge).
Or maybe one of the ATI cards?
Or is MC11 handling any card?

I found out that MC11 specifically supports WinTV PVR 150.
Without having this card it is not possible to see how MC11 handels it.
Are there somewhere screenshots (or a demo) available to some look and feel?

Learning every minute:
In MC11 when clicking on the TV Tuner (Drives and Devices) an short helptext is shown. Its says
ATI ALL-IN-WONDER cards
ATI TV Wonder cards (PCI and USB)
http://www.ati.com
Hauppauge WinTV PCI and USB
(excluding WinTV-PVR, and digital TV models)
http://www.hauppauge.com
To my knowledge the exclusion of WinTV-PVR is not valid anymore.
Am I correct?
