Title: MC 11 Registration Code

I purchased MC 11 a month or so ago and received a registration code for it.  When I attempted to use the registration code recently to restore MC11, it was not recognized.  Subsequently, when I went to the JRiver web site and requested that my registration codes be emailed to me, I received codes for MC 8, 9, and 10 (which I had purchased previously) but not 11. 

I have the original email with my MC 11 registration code.  What needs to be done for it to be recognized?

Did You Use PayPal To Buy?

What Date Did You Buy?

What Is The Exact Error Message You Get?

There was a small problem with our PayPal system, and the purchase never completed. To finish, just go to the PayPal support page:

https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/paypal_support.cgi

and enter your e-mail address. This should fix it.
