Title: Please Fix!! Editing search terms in view schemes

It's been a problem for a while, and should really be sorted before 11 is released; when trying to edit search terms in the 'Step 4' bar in 'Edit View Scheme', you can't access those to the extreme right - MC keeps presenting terms from earlier in the sequence...

Fixed next build.  When the search box was scrolled right, the menu wouldn't always take that into account.
