Are You Sure Your Not Talking About 192kbps?
Like what encoder are you using?
if your using windows Media i think max is 192kbps
if you wish to use 320kbps you need to use the mp3 encoder.
and i would prefer the use of The VBR MP3 encoder with a "High" Setting since that not only encodes really high but it also saves room on the old hard drive.
