Title: Convert wav to mp3?

I'm new to MJ and was trying to convert some wav files to mp3. The window says "Encoding" but nothing shows in the progress indicator. I'm able to encode mp3 files from a CD with no problem. I also was able to convert wav to ape files. Any suggestions? I apologize if this is an old issue answered before. I'm using version 8.0 385.

If it says it's encoding, it probably is. If you're able to encode CD to MP3 it is converting to wav first anyway.

Same happened here as well...  I shut down MJ and restarted and encoding went along fine...
