Title: MC 10 to 11 Giving me the wrong buy price.
Post by: paulcri on May 09, 2005, 06:00:56 pm
I'm attempting to upgrade from MC 10 (newest build) to MC 11.62, 11 has installed fine, but when I click the buy link on the help menu, it tells me it will be 35 bucks wheras it should be 10. I bought 10 just a few weeks ago, and i'd like to upgrade. any help would be appreciated.

Install 10, make sure it is licensed, then install 11 and purchase.

Can you copy your system info from MC10's Help and paste it here?

Thanks.

I don't know what the problem is, but don't buy it or you will get the $35 price.

anyone have any ideas as to how to work around this? I can think of a few, but they'd involve actual customer interaction and as such I doubt they'll happen.

What email address did you use for the v10 purchase? (so we can look at the info in our system)

Thanks.

Hi Paul,

Please try again, there was a small glitch in the paypal code making the system think your transaction was incomplete. It's now fixed.
