Title: two second delay!!!
Post by: jelly on July 01, 2003, 01:03:12 am
I am still unable to uncheck the "use generic driver" option in the CD writer settings which will allow me to remove the two second gap when burning audio files to CD. I have installed ASPI and rebooted my system. I have also checked the Goldenhawk burning library to check the compatibility of my pioneer DVD-RW, DVR-105.
Does anybody know why I am having this problem, your help would be appreciated.

>> I have installed ASPI
it is not using the external ASPI

I forget if MJ8 had a switch to use intarnal or external ASPI (i think it did) you may need to turn this off.

Also when you first run the ASPI install it reall does not Install ASPI it just unzips it to a folder. you then need to use windows explorer to run the install program.

also when you installed the ASPI it has a ASPI Check Program inside the folder you should run it.
