Title: Device Error when writing CD with Plextor PX-716A

With my new PC I can't burn CDs with Media Jukebox 8 anymore -
burning CDs with e.g. Nero works fine.

Error message: A device error occurred. Error number is 1051
Error data is: KEY: 5 ASC: 2C ASCQ: 0

I tried with and without internal ASPI layer - no change.

You could try uninstalling Nero or try the trial version of MC11.

There are other tips on CD burning around here on FAQ's and in threads.  You might find something there.

The error occured first without Nero being installed.  I have searched the FAQs and the forum but found nothing which could help me and I would definitely prefer to get the software working I have purchased instead of having to buy a new one.
Please advise.
