Title: to 2 PCS and a license can be done that?

After which I out found now as I mc without credit card to be bought can dip the following ask up.  I have here at home 2pcs must I for each PC a license now buy or may I the license on my 2ten PC use???

The two computers are connected to local network, but the 2te PC is not in the InterNet.
