Hi
I paid for J River Media Center 10 using Paypal but was not redirected to the registration information. I tried to resend my activation code on the J River website but it says user does not exist.
I got a Transaction ID but I guess I should not post it here?
What do I do to get my registration code?

NO, DO NOT POST your transaction ID or License Code in the forum!
You can send JimH (Administrator) (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?action=pm;sa=send;u=3) a personal email with all the pertinent information of your transaction.

I knew that there was a "paypal support" page somewhere and tried to find the link to help morelia with his problem. However, I could not find it no matter where I looked for it... the faqs, the purchase page, the restore page, etc.
Perhaps the link is there and I just could not find it but, may I suggest that you place a link to it somewhere in a visible place?
