Title: Installation fails

I restored my laptop to its original state and tried to install MC11 and get this message

http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/redirects/MC/v11/redirect.pl?type=WMFInstaller95&prodname=Media Center&version=Server returned: 0 Can not continue with Media Center installation.

How can I fix this trouble to complete the MC installation?

Are you using IE to download the installer? Any download managers?

no Download managers.

I downloaded the MC11 installer at the office and tried to install on my home laptop, it has no internet connection.
